No. The Beach Club is exclusive to guests staying at Holiday World.

Access is free to guests who have booked our All Inclusive package. Guests who have booked any other board plan will be required to pay an additional cost of 6€/adult and 3€/child in order to access the Beach Club.

Yes. Guests are offer the use of a beach towel in all our hotels.

You can ask for these in your hotel's reception. You will be required to pay a deposit of 15 € per towel. At your hotel's reception (after you pay the deposit), they will give you a ticket which can be exchanged in your hotel's spa for a towel. When you check-out from your hotel and return your ticket and towel, your deposit will be returned to you.

Yes. Our nursery service is available in all our hotels during high season (between 20 June and 15 September). This service is exclusive to guests staying in our hotels and you should book beforehand in your hotel's reception. This service is available to children under 3 years old.

You can find this service on floor -2 of hotel Holiday Polynesia, and it's open every day of the week from 10am to 6pm, closing for lunch between 2pm and 3pm. The price of the nursery is: • 5€ ½ hour • 10€ for 1 hour • 12€ for 1 hour and a half • 15€ for 2 hours • 24€ for 3 hours

The "Puka Puka" mini-club at Hotel Holiday Polynesia is available to children between 3 and 13 years old.

The Dino rooms are located in Hotel Holiday Palace. This hotel has 8 of these rooms which are specially designed for children.

No. The Beach Club is not a hotel. It is a water park for clients staying at Holiday World. The Beach Club is a large, themed space which has seven different swimming pool areas where children can share in activities with their parents and adults can let their inner-child come out.

Remember that there is a free transport service available between hotels in the Holiday World Complex and the Beach Club.

No. The rubber rings at the Beach Club are not free.

Rubber rings, or doughnuts, can be hired for 6€ a day and you will need to pay a deposit of 14€. This deposit will be returned to you when you return the doughnut to the Beach Club's Reception.

No,. You may only eat at and use the facilities of the hotel in which you are staying. If you would like to visit any hotel in the Holiday World complex and use one of the their facilities, you must pay to do so at that hotel.

Each hotel has a specific colour for clients who have booked All Inclusive. This wristband enables them to freely access the hotel's all inclusive services.

Yes. Any person over 18 years old can use the heated pool, with no restrictions.

The Health Club at the Palace Hotel is a paid service. The price of access for adults is 20€ for a full day, or 12€ for a half-day. This includes the use of the sauna and Turkish bath. Guests younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and may only enter during the afternoon. The price for them is 5 Euros. We remind you that for hygiene reasons, you must use a shower cap. The Health Club is open from 10am to 2pm, and 4pm to 8pm.

We should mention that for clients who have booked All Inclusive at the Palace Hotel itself, entry to the Health Club is free.

All Holiday Plus guests can benefit from a 10% discount on entry prices.

Yes. Our clients have a 24-hour laundry service available in all hotels apart from Hotel Hydros.

In order to make use of this service, you will have to acquire tokens your hotel's reception. These cost 6€ for a washing machine and 3€ for a tumble dryer. You can also acquire detergent here.

No. You must pay to use the WiFi service. There are two options available: 12 Euros for a week, or 5 Euros for 5 hours.

Holiday Village is the only hotel which offers free WiFi in communal areas. This service is only available to guests at the hotel.
