The Mar y Tierra Restaurant is well known for its privileged location on the main floor of our hotel, from where you can enjoy the best views over the Mediterranean sea, the set of chromotherapy lights and the candles.

Under the command of our chef, Daniel García Peinado, old Malaganian recipes have been incorporated into the flavours of his cuisine and our Mediterranean essence is fused with cultures all over the world.

SUSHI EVENINGS
 
Every Friday at 9 p.m. in the Mar y Tierra Restaurant.
 
The menu includes the following delicacies:
  • Selection of sushi: makizushi, uramakis and California rolls (made from tuna, salmon, vegetables and crab)
  • Tuna tataki with chilled green salmorejo soup and halibut sashimi.
  • Vegetable tempura with prawns, peanuts and lime
  • Matcha tea ice cream with lychees.
  • Includes a welcome glass of Cava, a glass of white wine and a glass of rosé.
  • To finish off, sloe berry liquor from Ronda.

Price: € 52 / person
Menu + 90 minute Spa circuit + Pool + Balinese Bed
Choice of menus:
  • Menu a):  Chilled raspberry soup with fried seafood, oriental stir-fry with a choice of sauces and fruit salad with cream of lavender. Drinks not included.
  • Menu b): Goat's cheese salad with bacon and strawberries, Roll of salmon, spinach and shellfish broth... and for dessert - Five spice sponge cake with pistachios, almonds and sweet orange blossom. Drinks not included.
You can spend all day in the pool and Balinese beds.
The lunch option may be taken in Jalapa or in the restaurant. From Monday to Sunday.
Lunch times: from 1 p.m- to 3.30 p.m.
Spa opening times: 11 a.m- to 7 p.m.
