Hydros Spa is the best way of improving your health, relaxing and achieving vitality. This is thanks to its water circuits, gym and the wide range of relaxing treatments available.
Our gym is free for guests staying in Holiday Hydros. Here, you can enjoy cardio training machines (exercise bike, cross-trainer, treadmill and rowing machine) as well as machines for abdominal exercises and weights of up to 10kg.

“Fantastic once again” For the first time ever, I went back to the same place to celebrate my anniversary. I had never before been to the same hotel twice, but we enjoyed this one so much last year that we decided to go back. This time we were there for a day more and it definitely fulfilled our expectations, we may well return next year, both the facilities and the service were spectacular. The only thing they could improve is that some nights there was just one waitress and the service was a bit slow, but other than that it was FANTASTIC. Thank you for making our anniversary a wonderful experience.

“Lovely lunch” Today we ate in the hotel and I have to say my companions and I really enjoyed the meal. My compliments to the chef, Domingo, and the waitress, Elisa, who was lovely, and the manager, Pedro, who is always very friendly every time we go. Of course, we'll be back.
